At Christ Our Shepherd, we believe we are a people sent for the good of our city. Following the call of Scripture to “seek the welfare of the city,” we commit ourselves to prayerful presence, faithful service, and active love for our neighbors. Our mission is not to withdraw from the world, but to participate in the healing and flourishing of our community as we embody the goodness, beauty, and truth of Jesus in everyday life. There are several organizations that we partner with to accomplish this goal.

PREGNANCY CARE CENTER
The Pregnancy Care Center serves women, men, and families by providing compassionate support during pregnancy and early parenthood. Through services such as pregnancy testing, parenting resources, education, material assistance, and emotional and spiritual care, the center seeks to uphold the dignity of every human life while walking alongside families with grace, practical support, and hope.
CHURCH PLANTING
At Christ Our Shepherd, we believe healthy churches should help plant healthy churches. From the beginning, our desire has been not only to form faithful disciples, but also to raise up leaders and communities that can carry the Gospel into new neighborhoods and cities. We pray that God would use Christ Our Shepherd to participate in the planting of future Anglican churches marked by worship, discipleship, mission, and the historic Christian faith.

Compassionate Hands exists to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hardship in Wilson County through shelter, meals, care coordination, recovery support, and practical resources. By partnering with local churches and community organizations,

We serve Geeky Friar Coffee that supports foster care ministries through the sale of their coffee.
FOSTER CARE MINISTRY
We really believe good foster families can help write the story for so many children. We desire to be a church that recruits, supports, and sends new foster families into this important work in our community.
